Instead of looking for the Update option in the help menu from within the Editor, try using the Help option from within the drop-down capture window that sits at the top of your Windows desktop (normally 'retracted' and hiding top center on the screen). Seems that your version is pretty far back - I just checked mine (also on Win 10), and I've got 12.4.1 running.
